William B. Collier is senior professor of physical chemistry at Oral Roberts University . He earned his PhD in physical chemistry from Oklahoma State University, and his research spans molecular and computational spectroscopy, philosophy of science, chemical evolution, and intelligent design. William is an author, public speaker, Fulbright scholar, and fellow of many prestigious groups and organizations such as the Turkish Science Foundation (TUBITAK). He is also a short-list awardee for the best journal article of the year from Spectrochimica Acta.
