Charles Premkumar Joseph earned a post professional master's in cardiopulmonary physical therapy and a master's in psychology from the Christian Medical College and Hospital in Vellore, India, where he then served as clinician, lecturer, and researcher. He’s passionate about rehabilitating the soul in addition to the body and mind and seeks to understand the spirit/soul aspects of personhood. He is currently enrolled in the masters in Christian apologetics program at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University.

President, CEO, and senior scholar at Reasons to Believe (RTB), he formerly served as a senior scientist in research and development at Procter & Gamble. Rana earned a BS in chemistry with highest honors from West Virginia State College (now University) and a PhD in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry from Ohio University.
