Tim Boyle is a retired missionary to Japan. He holds MDiv and DMin degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary and a BS in physics from Arizona State University. Tim studied Japanese at the East-West Center in Hawaii and, from 1976 to 1982, he was a Japanese language pastor at churches in California. He went on to serve 21 years at the Tsukuba Christian Center in Tsukuba Science City with his wife Juji via a dual appointment by the United Methodist Church and the Presbyterian Church USA. He serves on the board of directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Japanese branch.
