Stephen Boyce holds a PhD in canon and text from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. His focus of study was on Gnostic texts and the canonical gospels for classwork and research. His dissertation explored textual analysis on Codex H, covering the early patristic writings that contained readings from the Septuagint and New Testament manuscripts.

Rana earned a BS in chemistry with highest honors from West Virginia State College (now University) and a PhD in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry from Ohio University.
