Philosophy

Mark Perez joined the RTB leadership team in 2022 as chief operating officer after retiring from the Los Angeles Police Department as a deputy chief of police. He earned a BA in philosophy and an MA in analytic philosophy of science from California State University, Los Angeles, and obtained a certificate from California State University in teaching critical thinking. He also holds an MPA from American Military University in organizational development. Mark is coauthor of Clear Thinking in a Messy World and a contributing author to Thinking About Evolution.
