Erick Thompson serves on the executive team of The Learning Forum Executive Council Network, a global networking organization for senior executives of large multinational and government organizations. He chairs two councils focused on the discipline of knowledge management. Prior to this, he headed the professional services unit of 3M’s Animal Care products and became 3M’s first Knowledge Transfer position to launch an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management (KM) initiative. He holds a doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.
