Dominic Halsmer is senior professor of engineering at Oral Roberts University (ORU), where he also serves as the director of the Center for Faith and Learning. He has been teaching science and engineering courses at ORU for 24 years and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma. He received his MS degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University and a PhD in mechanical engineering from UCLA. He also has an MA in biblical literature from ORU. He has authored 30 academic publications and is actively involved in science and faith research.
