David Viel is the president emeritus of Metal Cutting Services, Inc., having served for 48+ years. He holds two MA degrees from Biola University (organizational leadership; Christian apologetics) and two MA degrees from Talbot Seminary (theology; New Testament language and literature). David earned his DMin in spiritual formation and soul care at Talbot in May 2025.

Fuz Rana is a biochemist, author, and Christian apologist specializing in human origins, genetics, and the scientific evidence for design. President, CEO, and senior scholar at Reasons to Believe (RTB), he formerly served as a senior scientist in research and development at Procter & Gamble. Rana earned a BS in chemistry with highest honors from West Virginia State College (now University) and a PhD in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry from Ohio University.
