William A. Dembski is a mathematician, philosopher, theologian, and author known for his work in intelligent design. He holds a PhD in mathematics from the University of Chicago. He founded Baylor University’s Michael Polanyi Center, the first intelligent design think tank at a research university and is a founding senior fellow of Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture.

President, CEO, and senior scholar at Reasons to Believe (RTB), he formerly served as a senior scientist in research and development at Procter & Gamble. Rana earned a BS in chemistry with highest honors from West Virginia State College (now University) and a PhD in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry from Ohio University.
