Tyler Manning is currently the discipleship pastor at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin, Texas. In 2016, he received his PhD in experimental pathology at the University of Texas Medical Branch. His research focused on viral disease and vaccine development. In 2023, Tyler was called to ministry to serve as the discipleship pastor at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin, Texas.

President, CEO, and senior scholar at Reasons to Believe (RTB), he formerly served as a senior scientist in research and development at Procter & Gamble. Rana earned a BS in chemistry with highest honors from West Virginia State College (now University) and a PhD in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry from Ohio University.
