He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a premed degree, and then received his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine. He was in family practice at Lake Village Clinic until 2016, and then served as medical director of a physical rehabilitation facility. Randy and his wife have two children.
