Mike Phillips is an economist and statistician with interests in financial econometrics and non-market-based valuation. He is a professor at California State University, Northridge, and the chief scientist of the Center for Computationally Advanced Statistical Techniques (c4cast.com, Inc.) in Pasadena. He also frequently serves as an expert witness on complex modeling and valuation issues. Previously, he served as senior research fellow for Global Mapping International. A former board member of RTB, Mike is currently a director of Volunteers of America, Los Angeles.
