Clifford L. Fry has a PhD in economics and is currently the associate director of the Hagler Institute for Advanced Study at Texas A&M University. For two decades prior, Fry was co-owner of RRC, Inc., a national economics consulting firm located in Bryan, Texas. He has worked at Washington State University, the University of Houston (head of department of finance), the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and Crocker National Bank in San Francisco.

He devoted years of service to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF) and supports efforts to find a cure for the genetic disorder. His apologetics interests include countering atheistic evolution and returning the idea of a Creator to scientific classrooms.
