Sexual Reproduction Challenges Evolution, Affirms Creation Blog by Guest Writer ( October 5, 2018 ) One of the greatest challenges to the theory of evolution is to explain sexuality. Start and Stops in the Search for Earth-like Planets Publication by Guest Writer ( July 27, 2007 ) A few weeks ago we reported on the discovery of a new planet circling an M-type dwarf star named Gliese 581 in the constellation Libra. This discovery received a lot of attention in the news because its distance from the parent star fell within the “habitability zone,” where it is possible that liquid water could exist on the planet’s surface and, hence, the planet could support life. Examining Christian Disunity: Three Benefits of Denominationalism, Part 2 (of 5) Blog by Kenneth Samples ( March 30, 2011 ) In the first installment of this series I pointed out that while disunity among believers is a problem, many (especially skeptics) fail to appreciate the tremendous unity among historic Christians. The Christian faith encapsulates a defining and shared set of beliefs, values, and a broad world-and-life view. In these three critical areas, the faith holds a robust unity. Worldviews
