A Brief Comment on the Movie Is Genesis History?

By - February 6, 2017

You already know my answer to the question in this film’s title. However, this movie presents a young-earth and global flood view as the only valid interpretation of the Genesis text. Although I won’t be able to see the showing because of a prior engagement, my colleagues will see it and post their comments on Friday. Let’s be ready to turn any conversation about the movie into an opportunity for discussing our confidence in God’s revelation. I’m praying that each of you will have an opportunity to help someone see that the book of Scripture and the book of nature are not in conflict, but, rather, provide a solid and consistent case for Jesus Christ as our Creator, Lord, and Savior.
