Technological advances in transhumanism are seen as stepping-stones into a post-human future and represent a sort of “techno-faith.” People are looking to technology for a “new heaven and new earth,” as well as immortality. As Christians, how do we determine how far we should go with transhuman technology? In this Live from Seattle interview, host Michelle Mendoza talks with Fazale Rana about topics ranging from bionic limbs to something called the “brain-net,” which connects people to people as well as people to machines. All of these advances beg the question, “Will technology be the end of humanity as we know it?”
