Join Anjeanette Roberts for an outreach event held at the College of Biblical Studies! Whether discussing topics relating to politics, science and faith, or views on creation, we often engage in ways that fail to connect and communicate well with others of differing views. If we want to share the good news of Jesus with someone or promote unity among Christ-followers holding different points of view, we must first understand where the other person is coming from. This is true when we want to bridge gaps that may exist between scientifically or analytically minded people and people of faith, too. In this presentation, Anjeanette offers ways of understanding some gaps that may exist and practical insights and tools for bridging the gaps and cultivating meaningful dialogue between proponents of science and faith.
